LoveBlog - Unplug Yourself

IMG_0758.PNG

There's a life hack where if your phone is frozen and you plug the phone into the charger it will unfreeze.  I have found that when a computer freezes, the only thing to do is unplug it.  If the computer overheats, it will shut it's self down.  Our relationships whether with someone else or ourselves can freeze up, heat up, or even blow up.  Sometimes the simplest thing we can do is a whole reset for ourselves. Time apart, getting back to basics. Sometimes that means it feels as though things are falling apart. Maybe they are. As they say, sometimes things need to fall apart for them to fall back together. This doesn't mean that if a situation or relationship is or has ended that you'll come back to it. You could. It means your energy needs to be shaken up so that you don't become stagnate or complacent in life. Essentially, when you unplug yourself/situation/relationship you're able to unplug your energy or blockages within yourself and your energy field. You, me and everyone else are like water. For instance, when water just sits it attracts disease. When water flows it is clean and healthy, allowing the flow to cleanse it as it moves. Let this be you. Keep moving. Keep going. Allow the shake ups and being cracked open. Allow the emotions to run freely. Find ease and freedom in the body, mind and spirit...and wherever you can find it.

Which brings us today to the love tip. In love and in life, keep moving forward.
