LoveBlog - Don't Dull Your F-ing Shine!

Everyone on this planet is a beautiful being of love and light but because we are having this human experience we dull our shine. Stop doing that shit!  I'm talking to myself here too. Someone else is sad or upset and because you're having a good day or is experiencing success and you don't want to make them feel bad, so you cower. Stop that! We need people in this world who are bright. We need to remind others and ourselves that by shining, we lift others up. Let me tell you something, when someone's having a bad day, sooner or later they need to be around a bright shiny person.  This is what's going to help them turn around. I'm not saying people shouldn't feel the bad or the heavy emotions. That all helps us to grow. I'm saying we all have gifts to share and gifts we will receive in this one beautiful crazy life. All of these gifts will flow in different directions. Energetically, by dulling your shine or essentially, not being your true self, you are saying to the world, "I don't love and accept myself."  And if that's the signal you're giving off, how can you expect others to see or accept the real you when you're hiding away? Don't dull you're f-ing shine! Be bright. Be bold. You don't have to speak a word to be bright and bold. Just being your true self speaks volumes. 

Don't hide away because you don't want to be a show off. There's a place for you in this world. And there's a difference between being happy with who you are and showing off. One is effortless, the other is a lack of self-esteem. When you are who you are, you are you unapologetically. Otherwise, the other half to this coin is the feeling when you've had too much to drink and you act like an idiot, then the next day you regret your actions.  

Love tip. Don't dull your f-ing shine for anyone, including yourself. 

A quick writing mediation to help find the real you and not dull your f-Ing shine.  First find a quiet place, then write down everything that comes to mind when you think of what makes you happy. Write down everything that comes to mind when you think about what you're good at or enjoy doing. Close your eyes and take a moment to observe your natural breath. Open them. Go back to the questions. Read them again and write down anything you may have missed. Here is your stepping stone to your bright, shiny, wonderful self. These things which make you happy, or you feel good doing, or are talented at are the moments in life where you are shining. Do more of this!
