Using traditional yogic practices of Pranayamas (breathing techniques,) Asanas (Yoga poses,) and meditation, let go of, and undo what no longer serves you. This class has a gentle warm up for the body, with traditional poses which include twists, as well gently opening the hips. This class is designed with the intention to help the student let go and move their vital energy throughout their body. The class ends with a brief White Light healing meditation.
